Return, refund and exchange policy
As part of our customer satisfaction policy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure your rights and our obligations to you.
Any return merchandise must be within 7 days from delivery date, the product must be in its original packaging unopened and not consumed. Customer will pay the return postage cost. Customer can request for a refund or exchange after we have received the return merchandise.
For refund, the refund value will be based on the value of the paid merchandise excluding postage. Refund value will be in voucher form.
For exchange, any exchange merchandise less than the value of the return merchandise we will refund the remainder amount in voucher. However if the exchange merchandise value is more than the return merchandise, customer will need to pay the surplus amount. Customer will have to pay for postage for any exchange merchandise.
To lodge any return merchandise, you must login into your DFF2U account to lodge. Please follow these instructions.
Step 1/6: Log into your account and click on ‘Order History and Details’
Step 2/6: Select the order that has the item that you want to return.
Step 3/6: Check the box of the item that you want to return.
Step 4/6: Explain the reason for your returning items
Step 5/6: Click on ‘Make an RMA slip’ button to lodge your return.
Step 6/6: Return the item and inform us the tracking no.
You can check your return status by login into your account dashboard and click on ‘My Merchandise Returns’.
